As with all medical procedures, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to perform procedures with the utmost care and knowledge and educate our patients to potential outcomes and risks prior to treatment. If you are unhappy with your treatment we will perform necessary additional treatments within reason to correct the unwanted outcome. This may include Hylanex and or additional filler or Botox.
Refunds on product returns will be accepted within 14 days from the original invoice date. We will refund your original purchase price. The product must be unopened, in brand new condition and the original packaging. Any products that have been opened, regardless of use, (unless packaging/pump is defective by manufacturer) are unable to be returned or exchanged. If you have a reaction to a product you may exchange it within the 14 day window for a product of equal or lesser value.
If you change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be subject to a change/cancellation fee.
No Show/Cancellations: $150
Any appointments scheduled for Monday must be canceled by Friday at 5:00pm EST, as we do not make changes or cancellations over the weekend or holiday. You can access your appointment via the booking portal to change or cancel your appointment. If you are unable to receive all of your scheduled services during your visit due to arriving late and/or have a change of mind/budget, you will be subject to a $150 fee per service not received, to cover the time lost. For example; if you book for filler and botox, but don’t want filler anymore. To avoid the $150 fee, please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your time and appointment accordingly. Due to the medical nature of our practice and per the North Carolina medical board, we are unable to allow pets or children in our office. Please be aware that you will be asked to reschedule and subject to our $150 late reschedule/cancellation fee if you arrive with a child under the age of 12 years old or a pet. We appreciate you understanding, as this is for the safety of you, your child/pet and our providers.
No call, no shows will be charged $150 fee and may result in restricted access to appointments and services.
Due to production changes and price increases from our vendors, our prices (both products and services) are updated periodically to reflect any changes as they arise.
